In a way, I think orange and blue
look wicked together.
This is my look called "Ocean Sunrise".
This whole look came about when I need a
look for an outfit that had an orange
skirt. I didn't wanna go too plain with my
eye, so after lookin' at my colour wheel
and browsing around, I came up with this :)

I really like this! The colors remind me of the shore, definitely. I love the shimmer, too; I'm seriously considering getting myself the shimmer palette for my birthday haha. xD

I mean, I'll always love the matte palette, but with almost all the colours runing low, I kinda had to switch over, and I'm learning that some looks look a lot better with shimmer then they do with matte and vice versa.
I'm still working on metallic colours though XD
I know what you mean! I really don't NEED 2 more eyeshadow palettes, but I could certainly use them from a creative standpoint. There are so many things I want though... I'm still trying to work out what all to get that will give me the most product and versatility for my money. ;)

ReplyDeleteWell, the matellic, while the golds are really pretty, I can't figure out what else to do with the other colours (even though they're soooooo pretty, I'm still at a loss :/).
The shimmer is pretty much the matte palette, but...shimmery XD lol and they're much eaiser to blend.
But you were talking about getting the SugarPill shadows too. yea? :o
And then more stuff from the new mark. collection, right?
Ugh...so much makeup, so little time and money XD lol
It's just never enough.
I'm having to calm down on my lipstick buying. I'm buying stuff from different brands that are generally the same colour XD It's terrible!
Ahh lol, I don't buy lipstick, sadly... I have a few from mark. but they're not even like real lipsticks... though I've always wanted some... but for some reason, I tend to concern myself more with my skin and eyes. I'm always looking for that perfect foundation, that gorgeous blush, that amazing eye color... so there's never room left for lipstick. :( I really want some for my looks though, but I want lots of colors, so I'm thinking a palette. ;3
ReplyDeleteYeah I really want the Shimmer Palette, AND the Sugarpill shadows, AND the mark. Lipclicks, AND some BFTE minerals, AND NYX jumbo eye pencils! But I can't afford them all, so I have to pick which things I want.. it's too much work lol. >.<
I pretty much buy cheap kind (NYC and Wet N Wild) then make a palette out of them lol

How it's applied is another thing.
But at school, it's just so hard to keep on re-applying and re-applying lipsticks lol
And makeup can just be so darn expensive! :o
I loooove the shimmer palette, and I'm actually hitting pan on a few of the colours o^_^o
But I want Sugarpill and I really wanna try out NYX.
